Dinners served from 5pm Thursday through Sunday.
From our fields to your table, we present a lovingly crafted menu featuring the certified organic produce grown here with the finest quality grass-fed meats and sustainable seafoods skillfully prepared in our from-scratch open kitchen. Artisan breads, baked with our very own hard red wheat will accompany your meal. These World-Cuisine-inspired dishes use herbs from our gardens and local ingredients to create a distinctive Pacific Northwest cuisine, which we are pleased to present to you tonight.
