We will be comparing and contrasting Sauvignon Blancs with a goal of achieving varietal recognition and a sense of provenance.
We will also be comparing and contrasting Pinot Noirs with a goal of discerning differences among vineyards.

April 15
We will be comparing and contrasting Chardonnays with a goal of understanding the contribution/benefits of barrelling in oak.
We will also be comparing and contrasting Syrahs with a goal of achieving varietal recognition and the benefits/differences of blending.

April 22
We will be comparing and contrasting Rieslings with sgoal of understanding the German system of classifying quality based on levels of ripeness.
We will also be comparing and contrasting Italian Red Varietals with a goal of understanding the Italian method of nomenclature i.e., varietal vs regione.

April 29
We will be comparing and contrasting the unsung whites: viognier, chenin blanc, albarino etc.  with a goal of achieving varietal recognition and appreciation.
We will also be comparing and contrasting a Cabernet Sauvignons of different vintages with a goal of understanding the benefits of aging.
